The Board Minutes, AGM Minutes, Member Forums and Seminar Presentations are password protected. If you are a member of the Home Owners’ Association you can get the password by sending an email to hoawebpass@outlook.com One of the directors will contact you by phone or email. Do not copy or send this password to anybody. Have them send an email to above email address

An HOA members package will be delivered by Canada Post to each member of the Home Owners’ Association with regard to the upcoming AGM June 23, 2024 at The Wheel, the Main Hall. Please read it carefully.

It contains information on the meeting, agenda, elections as well as proxy forms with detailed instructions. Proxy voting is for members who will be unable to attend the meeting June 23, 2024. If you plan to attend, you can vote in person. Please read and follow the more detailed information in this package for Proxy Voting.

If you cannot attend, return the completed proxy form(s) to any of the HOA Directors listed below.

You must be a current paid-up member of the Association to attend. Membership renewals can be dropped off with $10 to any of the Directors listed below, along with a completed and signed “Membership Application Form” which can be found on the HOA website in the main menu, click on “Membership Form“ on the Menu above. https://scahomeowners.com
