Members’ Seminar Series 2023-2024
MEMBERS’ SEMINARS are presented for Sandycove residents who are members of the Home Owners’ Association in good standing. These sessions were started in 2009 and have continued with successful seminars presented on a regular basis. These are information sessions specifically focusing on the interests of Seniors and retired folks. They are held the 3rd Monday of the month at the SPOKE starting at 1:00pm, doors open at 12:30 pm. These seminars are well attended and generate a number of questions about our community and life style.
These SEMINARS also provide an opportunity to become members of the Home Owners’ Association by completing an application form and paying yearly dues of $10.

MUNICIPAL PROPERTY ASSESSMENT CORP (MPAC) – The co-sponsored event HOA & Parkbridge hoped to arrange with MPAC presentation to Sandycove homeowners on policy, procedures & regulations relating to Municipal Property Assessments is not going to go forward for now. Check Notice Boards, eBulletins, Entrance signs, website & Facebook for breaking news on a possible date in the future. If you want to discuss your personal assessment, call MPAC 1-866-296-6722.
FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL & MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON-SITE DEBATES During election years, if requested. This is a great time to come and ask questions of your candidates.
